Webinar: Global Battery materials and raw materials outlook

Thomas Kavanagh is an editor on the metals desk at Argus Media in London and produces a weekly report and regular price assessments on the global battery materials market. He has worked in metals for seven years and his main focus has been the global transition to electric vehicles for the last three years, launching assessments on cobalt, lithium and cathode active materials during that time. As part of that role, he works on analysis of the global battery market, including regulatory changes, trade policy and data analysis.

Maria has been editor of the Argus Sulphur report since 2020. She has close to 6 years of experience working at PRA’s assessing global sulphur prices and writing about the global sulphur trade, with a previous background in country and brand analysis with Cision and Euromonitor International. Maria has a master’s degree from the Law/Politics Department at Queen Mary’s University of London, having focused on International Politics and Migration, as well as Latin American Studies.

Lili has been the editor for the Argus Sulphuric acid report since 2022. Previously held the position of Senior Analyst Fertilizers at Argus, and has over 15 years of experience in working at PRA’s providing market analysis and assessing commodity prices, from fertilizers to agricultural commodities. Lili holds an master’s degree in Business and Administration from Warwick University and a master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences with a specific focus on Agricultural Economics.

Meena Chauhan is the Head of Sulphur and Sulphuric Acid Research in the Argus Fertilizer Consulting team, with over 15 years of experience in sulphur and sulphuric acid market analysis. She edits Argus Monthly Sulphur Outlook, Argus Sulphur Analytics and Argus Sulphuric Acid Analytics. Meena was at Integer Research prior to joining Argus Media and also spent several years as a sulphur market analyst and price reporter at other companies. She regularly presents on the sulphur and sulphuric acid markets at major industry events around the world.

George Eisenhauer is the Editor of Argus Chlor-Alkali and Derivatives. He joined Argus to establish the Argus Chlor-Alkali and Derivatives service and provide consulting expertise for chlor-alkali, vinyls and caustic soda clients and single- and multi-client studies. Prior to joining Argus, George worked at another market intelligence provider in the Chlor-Alkali and Vinyls group where he supported the weekly chlor-alkali publication and the monthly and annual products. George is an experienced speaker, presenting papers at key industry events and Argus conferences.

Tom joined the Argus fertilizer desk in 2022. His main focus was to expand the Argus Phosphates coverage of phosphate rock before becoming editor of the Argus Phosphates daily and weekly price reporting service this year. Tom also covers the Italian fertilizer market for Argus Fertilizer Europe. He has a master's degree in Physics from Loughborough University
