Ronald Clemens is Portfolio Manager for Controlled Release Fertilizers at ICL Growing Solutions, where he leads global strategy, marketing, and portfolio development for EEF technologies. With over 30 years’ experience in the fertilizer business, Ronald has held key roles including Global Category Manager for Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizers and Global Market & Product Development Manager for CRF. His expertise spans product innovation, technical development, and market implementation across diverse agricultural systems. His experience in bridging agronomic performance with commercial strategy makes him a valuable contributor to discussions on sustainable and efficient fertilization. Ronald brings a global perspective and deep technical insight into the evolving role of CRF in modern agriculture.
Tanguy Martignon is Portfolio Agronomist for Controlled Release Fertilizers at ICL Growing Solutions, where he oversees the global technical positioning and agronomic support of CRF technologies. He began his career at ICL as Assistant Development Engineer, contributing to field trials and product evaluations in France.
His background combines practical field knowledge with technical expertise in fertilizer performance and nutrient management. Today, Tanguy works across international markets to support the adoption of enhanced efficiency fertilizers, helping stakeholders implement sustainable and crop-adapted fertilization strategies. His role includes coordinating agronomic data, supporting product development, and delivering technical training to distributors and growers. With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, he brings a grounded and evidence-based perspective to the evolving challenges of global crop nutrition.
Oliver Hatfield is the VP of Fertilizers for Argus Media in London. Oliver joined Argus in October 2018 following its acquisition of Integer Research, where he was head of the fertilizer market research team and one of the company’s founders. He has more than 20 years of experience in business analysis and consulting.
Oliver is currently leading business development across Argus’ global nitrogen, phosphates and potash businesses, and driving the development of the company’s business in clean ammonia and specialty fertilizers. He is a regular speaker at industry events and is a graduate of economics and development economics from the University of Manchester in the UK
