Adding to the Argus marine biodiesel price suite

Argus has launched the first marine biodiesel spot price for China, B24 dob Guangzhou which is a blend of 24% used cooking oil methyl ester (Ucome) and 0.5% sulphur fuel oil (VLSFO). This is the second marine biodiesel price for Asia, joining B24 dob Singapore that was first published in January 2023.

Catherine is responsible for coordinating business development strategy for Argus’ marine fuels product suite. In this capacity, Catherine engages with market participants to showcase the benefits of using Argus conventional and alternative marine fuel spot prices to facilitate decision making and risk management. Catherine holds an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen and a BA in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin.
