Maria has been editor of the Argus Sulphur report since 2020. She has close to 7 years of experience working at PRA’s assessing global sulphur prices and writing about the global sulphur trade, with a previous background in country and brand analysis with Cision and Euromonitor International.

Maria has a master’s degree from the Law/Politics Department at Queen Mary’s University of London, having focused on International Politics and Migration, as well as Latin American Studies.

Deon is an associate editor for the Argus Sulphur and Argus Sulphuric Acid reports since 2021, and contributes price assessments, analysis, news pieces and market commentaries to these reports. Deon obtained his honours degree with distinction in Economics and a minor in language studies from the National University of Singapore.

Chris is a senior reporter covering the North American sulphur, sulphuric acid and ammonia markets for Argus since 2021. He contributes to a range of Argus price reporting services, including Argus North American Fertilizer and Argus' global sulphur, sulphuric acid and ammonia services.

Chris has also taken part in a range of industry events presenting, webinars and podcasts.

Jasmine Antunes is a senior reporter at Argus covering the sulphur and sulphuric acid markets. She has been reporting on these markets since 2024, with a strong focus on Latin America and Europe, alongside wider global coverage for sulphuric acid. Jasmine’s work includes daily market reporting, analysis and engagement. She also regularly represents Argus at industry events and has delivered numerous webinars, podcasts and presentations.

Fenella is a reporter covering global sulphur and sulphuric acid markets for Argus since September 2025. Fenella reports on core markets, as well as having a key focus on market developments in Africa. Fenella previously reported on bitumen and the financial markets.
