Louise is currently leading the development of North American Biofuels and Global Aviation business for Argus Media. She has worked closely on a global level in providing key support on value integration in the supply chain works across all regional teams in Asia, Europe and the Americas to support the needs of the market. Ms. Burke began her professional career in the energy industry working for major oil corporations in Canada and the US where she performed both short and long-term analyses of energy prices and market trends. Following this, she worked in the financial energy futures andoptions industry as Vice-President for the New York Mercantile Exchange (now CME group) during its rapid growth in the 1990s. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of The Energy Forum, a non-profit organization designed to increase understanding of energy issues and is also affiliated with the SIPA energy program at Columbia University, New York as an instructor in the area of petroleum markets trading.

Jacqueline Reigle has been with Argus since October 2016. She is a Biofuels & Feedstocks Market Specialist and contributes to the US strategy for renewable fuels and feedstocks benchmark development, driving execution of initiatives by building price frameworks and methodologies. Jacqueline also provides analysis for the North America section of the Argus Biofuels Outlook. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was editor of Argus Americas Biofuels and managed the company’s biofuels coverage for North America, including daily price assessments for ethanol, biodiesel, renewable feedstocks and RIN credits. Jacqueline has also covered crude oil markets in the US west coast and Latin America. Before joining Argus, Jacqueline worked in transfer pricing, analyzing intercompany transactions for companies in industries such as oil and gas. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Duke University.

Fabricio is a Principal at Argus Consulting. He leads Argus biofuels analytics subscriptions, and is the Editor of the Argus Biofuels Outlook and of the Argus Biofuels Analytics. Prior to joining Argus in 2018, Fabricio worked as a fuels and biofuels engineer at Renault in France and as a market consultant for Hart Energy with a focus on the Latin American fuels and biofuels markets. Fabricio holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering, an MSc in Transport and Sustainable Development and an MBA in Agribusiness.

James is responsible for raising Argus’ profile in Europe and Africa, with a particular focus on the crude oil sector. He works closely with companies and governments to help them find ways to price commodities transparently and fairly. James has been with Argus since 2004 in several editorial roles, including editing European electricity and emissions market publications. In 2007-10, he was the editor of the daily Argus Crude report, managing a global team of reporters and developing new crude price assessments. Prior to joining Argus, James worked as a teacher and as a journalist.

Vanessa Viola is the Senior Vice-President of Latin America and Global Head of LPG at Argus. She rejoined Argus in 2011 as our Brazil Country Manager and is now working to expand the company’s business across Latin America, while also leading our LPG business globally. Vanessa initially joined Argus in 2001, working as Deputy Editor of the Argus European Products report and Editor of the Argus International LPG report before leaving in 2005 to work as an LPG broker with Gibson in London. Prior to her assignments in the UK, Vanessa worked as a political and financial correspondent for Reuters (Brasilia, Sao Paulo), as a financial reporter for Brazil’s leading news agency Agencia Estado and as a press relations officer with energy engineering company Asea Brown Boveri, also based in Sao Paulo. A graduate from Brazil’s Casper Libero University with a BA in social communications, Vanessa has a master’s degree in international journalism from London’s City University. In addition to Portuguese and English, she is fluent in Spanish.
