Terry is responsible for the expansion of Polymer Report services in strategic regions. He has over 40 years’ experience relating to the plastics industry, working with converters, brand owners, and resin producers. Terry delivers an integrated view across the polymer value chain and analyses on a global basis including European, Americas and Asian markets. He is currently supporting polymer related growth initiatives, including domestic and export markets, recycling and sustainability initiatives. Before joining Argus, Terry worked at Dow Chemical, Braskem, and Sasol. He holds a Chemistry degree from the University of Houston and 26 patents across a variety of market applications.
Tony started his career with Union Carbide in 1975 as a rotating equipment engineer after receiving Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America. While at UCC, he provided global engineering and research leadership for the UNIPOL process extrusion, and additive handling systems. In 1992, Tony received the UCC Chairman's Award for innovative design improvements of polymer processing equipment. He graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1998 with a Master’s of Science in Materials Science. After the merger of UCC and Dow Chemical, he was assigned as a Fellow in the Polyolefin's and Elastomer's Materials Processing Skill Center. In late 2013, Tony retired and became a Univation Technologies Extrusion Consultant. In 2014, he was inducted as an SPE Fellow-of-the-Society for his demonstrated contributions in the field of plastics engineering and technology, and was awarded the SPE Extrusion Division's prestigious "Heinz List Award" for outstanding achievements in Polymer Devolatilization and Reactive Extrusion. Tony has authored numerous technical papers, and is listed as an inventor on over 40 granted patents and patent applications.
Simon White started his UNIPOL career in 1990 as a run plant process engineer at SASOL in South Africa. He joined Union Carbide Licensing in 1998 and relocated to Texas. Simon has been involved in multiple UNIPOL™ PE and PP startups and continues to support new and existing licensees implementing Univation technology. Simon took the role of Manufacturing Leader at Univation in 2010.

Mike LaNeve is a Technology Associate within the Univation Technologies, LLC Technology Delivery group. Mike joined Union Carbide Corporation in 1997 in the Process Engineering group and has worked on numerous UNIPOL™ Process Design Packages (PDPs). He has served as a process engineer or lead process engineer in designing more than fifteen UNIPOL™ licensing and UCC facilities. In his current role, he acts as a focal point within the Technology Delivery Group for design and technology matters. In total Mike has spent more than 25 years supporting the UNIPOL™ process. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
