JKLAB reflects US gulf coast production via Autothermal Reformation (ATR) of Henry-Hub priced natural gas with carbon capture and storage (CCS) at CAPEX and OPEX at 1.1mmtpy scale. It is an all-in cost, capturing the natural gas, power and carbon capture and storage, as well as the weighted cost of capital (WACC) for a selection of oil and gas and fertiliser companies. It also includes the cost of freight voyages between the US and Japan and Korea, as well as printing both including and excluding the effects of the IRA act’s 45Q subsidies.
